Coordination
The Wedding Planners will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:
Consultation meetings at 1 month out and 2 weeks out from event
Email confirmation reserving the date, time and location of the wedding day and rehearsal services, if applicable
Review all vendor contracts and confirm vendor services 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding day
Assist in the development of wedding day itinerary
Personal management of wedding day itinerary, vendors and wedding party
Consulting
The Wedding Planners will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:

Additional design/consultation meetings at 6 months and 3 months out from event
Supply preferred vendor list
Review all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services prior to couple signing
Assist in set-up and clean-up on wedding day
Planning
The Wedding Planners will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:
(All items included in Coordination and Consulting packages)
Provide and manage a planning timeline for couple
Monthly and as needed design/consultation meetings
Schedule and accompany couple to appointments throughout planning
Facilitate communication between vendors and couple
Wedding day set-up and clean-up (additional costs contingent on staffing needs)
